Our Baby Friendly Barre Classes cater for any fitness level and allow you to workout while your child is in the room. They are given toys to keep them entertained while you enjoy your workout. We can modify any workout to suit you and where your body is at. We help you to achieve your goals and we are here to support you any way we can. We strive to create a positive and acceptable environment where you feel comfortable to work at your own pace. We have an incredible community of woman who all support each other and enjoy working out together.
