Details

This class is an NZAMD Contemporary exam class. This class, children must be aged 11 to sit the exam, however 10 year olds are welcome to do the class. Students do not need to do the exam if they are in this class, however it is an option. Contemporary is often called the yoga for dancers. It makes dancers aware of their own body and how to move in specific, safe ways.
