Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
What is Barre?
Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Haven't tried barre before? PERFECT! This is the best time to start, there is no one watching you and you can take it at your own pace. The only warning we have is that it is addictive - so beware!
We know online is just not the same but we promise an amazing workout, great community and that you will feel better for it.
